Card In Your Yard Policies

Card In Your Yard provides all occasion yard sign rentals for residences, as well as commercial businesses to the Morris County area. Our service includes set up and take down at no additional cost. Our pop up greetings are a great way to celebrate any event and they can make for a great surprise for someone special. Book your custom yard greeting today!

Card In Your Yard delivers your yard greeting rental anytime after 7 pm the night before and by 8:30 am the next day as well as picks up anytime after 7 pm the night of your event. Different time frames for set-up and pick up can also be arranged when available.

Payment:

We ask that payment be made the night before we set up. Payment can be made through venmo, cash app, or cash. There is a $20 cancellation fee if you do choose to cancel your sign 48 hours prior to set up.

Rental & Reservation Policies:

  1. Payment is required before set-up

  2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display

    items. $25 per item

  3. For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display item WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning,sitting, or playing on or around the display.

  4. We do ask you take pride in your lawn display and treat it with respect

  5. Please do not move the items. If there is a specific place you would like us to set-up, please inform us prior to installation day.

  6. Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items ARE our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.

  7. Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.

  8. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up

  9. We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

  10.  Card In Your Yard a​nd all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Refund Policies

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn signs. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, winter weather and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn signs in harm’s way. (We will communicate)

  1. NO refunds will be given to the client giving us the wrong address

  2. NO refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display

  3. NO refunds will be given due to denied access to a gated community

  4. NO refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up

  5. NO refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from setting up the display

By placing an order/paid booking with Card In Your Yard, you agree to all policies stated above.
